Waterbrush on your nib

Quando siamo in giro a disegnare e non abbiamo a disposizione gli acquerelli per dare vita ai nostri schizzi, una tecnica divertente che ho escogitato per l’Inktober di quest’anno รจ quella di stendere campiture di inchiostro in gradazioni differenti, prelevando l’inchiostro direttamente dalla stilografica e diluendolo sul pennino con un waterbrush. Il video illustra la tecnica. Buon divertimento! When we’re sketching on location and we haven’t our watercolors with us to spice up our sketches, a fun technique I devised is applying ink washes in different shades, mixing ink from my fountain pen right on its nib with a waterbrush.
